Cannot ignore exercise autostart no matter what I use as settings

My Sense 2 will autostart "walk" or "run" no matter what settings I use. I have tried "ignore" and I've tried setting the recognition time set to 90 minutes. Neither work. I have even removed the watch, done a factory reset, and done a full install. I have had most Fitbit products and have come from using a Sense. This is the first time I have had the issue. Anyone else?

Don't tap the exercise shortcut on the tile. Instead, either open the Exercise app from the apps list or on the Exercise tile tap "All" and start exercise from there. It won't autostart.

Hello,

there also a setting on the watch itself that have to be disabled.

The original Versa had a Run Detect feature as part of the Exercise app.  The Sense 2 Versa 4 added a Walk and Bike Detect.  Open your Exercise app > Walk and swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom and look for Walk Detect.  It's on by default, so toggle it off.  You need to do this in the Run and Bike shortcuts, too.

This is part of the Exercise app and is different from SmartTrack, Fitbit's auto recognition feature.
