I just got a sense 2 for my birthday, however setting up on-wrist calls isn’t an option either on the Fitbit or in my app on my iPhone? I have restarted and reconnected a million times and it’s not working. It says I need Fitbit 5.0 and my current version is 3.68 and the AppStore says it’s totally up to date. Any ideas please?

On-wrist calls are "coming soon". See the comment from a moderator in this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense-2/Can-I-answer-calls-on-Sense-2/m-p/5256453#M1952

My concern is they’ll drop on-wrist call answering for iPhone. Given everything else they gutted from the Sense 2, it’s not a stretch.

We will have to wait and see @SteveH but I doubt they will be dropping it for iOS. It basically sets up as a BT headphone..
In the past we have seen features not immediately released, causing concearn. In not sure why, my guess is that fitbit wants to make sure that the basic functions are solid first

@Rich_Laue making sure the basic functions are solid certainly isn't a priority for Fitbit. Otherwise, there would be no issues with HR tracking or GPS which in fact are basic functions of Sense 2. It's not my guess. It's my experience.

I didn't say that I agree with this logic, I simply was stating a possibility. It is the only way I could explain the trend.
