Cannot sync Sense 2 with samsung

Hi  my Sense 2 will not sync with my Samsung phone following a software update,  Fitbit seem to be aware of the problem and are working on it? How long has the banner been on the FitBit page and are there any updates?

I have tried all the suggestions turning things off/on etc. all to no avail

I've had the same issue since yesterday.  It synced in the morning but have not been able to get it to sync since.  I've also tried all of the suggestions with no success.  Just curious where you saw a banner about it...have not seen that.

Hi, I first saw the banner on the fitbit help page last night.  I called them. They're still working on resolving the syncing issues. I too tried everything to correct the issue with my watch.

Thank you! It is so annoying! I just bought it on Friday and am wondering if I should just return the thing to the retailer.  My "One" I bought in 2012 still works but wanted to "upgrade" to a tracker that includes heart info.  Silly me!
