Been irritated by these cardio load/activity level suggestions for months.
Was hospitalised with a leg injury- your activity levels have been lower! Sick with the flu? Too bad, we'll continue to shame you. You've had an hour of sleep? HIGHER CARDIO LOAD NOW, GO GO!
SO fed up of dismissing the notification only for it to be back the next time I open the app. The only thing I can find on this nightmare of a website is a post from 2024.
Clearly a great deal of deliberation to be done, if it's taken nearly 10 months to not come to a consideration conclusion.

Hi @gyedreich Please try the following workaround. If you migrated to a Google account, tap on your profile picture, then Your data in Fitbit. Scroll down to the Data and features section and tap on Deletion options. Scroll down to Cardio load, then delete all your Cardio load data. Unfortunately, you need to do this every week. Cardio load data is collected even if you don't use the feature. It needs seven days of data for you to get a target, then the prompts return.
These prompts are annoying even if you use the feature, like I do. I get them daily and that's OK. I dismiss it, but it comes back every time I open my app.
