I normally just use my Fitbit daily for step, food, and sleep tracking, and logging exercise on occasion but I am wanting to take advantage of more of the fitness features of my Sense 2. Can anyone explain what the cardio load numbers mean? I don't need an explanation for what cardio load itself is as I read about that in the FAQ section, I just need to understand what the individual numbers mean so I can interpret/understand them. My cardio load shows 8-18. Do those numbers represent a range that I need to shoot for and if so, a range of what? Does the 8 stand for one type of measurement and the 18 for a different type of measurement or are they the same measurement but just a range of the measurement. I'm probably not expressing myself clearly but I hope someone gets what I'm trying to ask and can help me understand this. Thanks in advance!
