Having a difficult time getting watch to charge - how do I tell if a charger or a watch issue ? Does  watch/battery have useful life span that requires replacement ?

Look for a pin on charger that is slightly more recessed compared to others.  If that is the case (common problem), charger cannot be fixed; can try for replacement from Fitbit if in warranty period but can get quicker turnaround with less stress by buying set of third-party chargers at decent prices from Amazon.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Why low battery text sent when Sense 2 battery is still 35% full - My Sense 1 notified  me when 25% full
