I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your clock disappeared after charging your Fitbit Sense 2. 

Just to clarify, do you mean that the clock face was changed or do you have some other problem with the screen display?

May I suggest you the following help article, related to the clock face's on your Fitbit device ? How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
