Im owning a sense 2 after the charge 5.

In the morning my clock face is not showing the sleep and stress information. Im using the fitbit Dash clock face and the most recent firmware.

When im not syncing with my phone there is no sleep information in the app on the watch. When i then sync there is information for sleep and stress in the app but stil no information on the watch...

When i then restart the watch the information appears on the clock face...

What can i do about this?

Hi @Nielsschooneman - it may be a syncing problem.

The data retrieved from the watch is sent by the app to the Fitbit servers. It takes some time to calculate things and return it to the App which then has to send it to the watch.

By restarting the watch you may be fixing a syncing problem. Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Ok fair enough but how long shhould this take? Ive waited for half an hour everything is in the ios app but nothing on the watch. Also in the sleep app on the watch there is no data. It looks like that the watch is sending info to the app but nothing in return 🤔

Hi @Nielsschooneman - it seems strange that the info doesn't appear in the watch, but good that it's already making a record in the Fitbit App.

What can be happening is an interference from the Charge 5, make sure that the Bluetooth entry for it is removed from the phone and the watch is off and try logout of the Fitbit App and then restart the phone and watch again.

If this does not fix it perhaps try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they make take you through a factory reset.
