No matter what clock face I choose it keeps going back to the original clock with no info on it just the date and time, how can I stop this?

Hi @adnamarrac - to fix this pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all icons.
What you are seeing is the builtin Always On watch face from the watch.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @adnamarrac!
Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected. If you're using a clock face that is known to have it's own AOD, your device shouldn't switch to Fitbit's generic clock face for AOD. So I'd suggest trying to see if restarting your device will solve this problem. To do so, please first make sure you've synced your Sense 2 to not lose any data it might have tracked so far. Then keep the button of your device pressed for around ten seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

@adnamarrac - just turn Always On, off again.
