Clock face

I am unable to figure out how to change the clock face. I've read and done what all has said but I can't figure it out. Help..

@JennyJo15   You gently press and hold in the center of the screen to activate the feature that lets you change the clock face from the screen.  It can be a little finicky.  When it works as advertised, the clock face gets smaller and you can swipe among saved faces.  Sometimes the screen goes to the Quick Settings, sometimes to your Notifications.  And sometimes you have to try again to get the sweet spot.

Hi @JennyJo15 - if you have trouble getting to it from the watch face (especially if you only have 1 face installed) you can also do it from the Fitbit app by tapping the device icon on the first screen then Sense 2 and then Sense 2 tab, you can also choose and install new ones.

Do you receive an error message while installing the clock face?
How far do you come in the installation?
