Clockfaces

I went to fitface directly and purchased some of their clockfaces.  I loaded one I wanted, it worked.  Unfortunately, when I restart my Fitbit Sense 2 I lose the clockface.

Are they third-party clockfaces and that is why I lose them.

Is there a way to prevent this since I paid for these clockfaces.  Alot of them I like and I would like to be able to use them
