Help please, I have a 9 year old Fitbit account that now google refuses to acknowledge, I keep going around in circles as my Sense 2 will not sync with my App
I keep getting the same message ;-Your chosen Google Account uses an email address that's already registered with a different Fitbit account. I had to transfer with a different email address to Google, and now it thinks i am a new customer, therefore losing 9 years of STATS.
I have tried everything inc downloading a new fitbit App, Resetting my watch ect, but my original account email is not recognised!!
