As a user of fitbit, nest and google for almost a decade, I looked forward to updating my products every couple years or so. It WAS nice to have an alternative to Apple. Then google ditched their "Don't be evil motto"........
First my nest products were hijacked by google. Previous hardware and interface worked FAR BETTER than current hardware - just try to search your camera's history. On nest stuff - not fast but it was useable. Try it on Google Home and enjoy your headache. Try not to throw your device.
As a Fitbit user I've enjoyed many trackers over the years. Now I purchase a charge 5 which dies within a month, and the Sense 2 has Google Assistant and Music stripped out of it? Why call it a version 2 of the Sense if its more like A Sense .75!!!
I wish Samsung or Apple were more reasonable companies and I would ditch google despite my rather significant investment in them. They gave me over 10 years of decent goods and hardware and consequently I'd recommend them to anyone. After the last 2 years I think I'm pretty much done.

@WHYGoogle what is it that you would like help with?
Why Google, maybe because Google owns fitbit.
