Yeah, if you happened to come a cross my last post, where I could 'only see the outline of everything', someone under it mentioned that I might should text customer support, because of how damaged the frame of my Sense 2 is. Well I did have a chat with them and they offered a replacement after seeing 1 picture of the watch. The day after this chat, they put it up for delivery and the next day it already arrived (that's more on how fast DHL Express is, our nationwide post office couldn't do 1 day delivery even inside one city).
So yeah new watch, hopefully less bugs (they already started tho), but if something, Fit it's consumer support is very good, according to this experience of mine.
