DND and sleep mode both on, cannot turn off either

Sense 2. Positive I haven't turned on both at the same time, I always go for DND. For some reason both sleep mode and do not disturb are on now, and I can't turn either off (sleep mode tells me to turn off DND, DND tells me to turn off sleep mode). I've tried turning my clock off and unpairing bluetooth from my phone, I'd really like to not also have to try factory reset. 

 

Suggestions?

Hi @Nwahhhh - unfortunately only a factory reset can remove this issue if you have had the watch more than a week which is enough time to allow for a firmware upgrade.

However, it seems the latest firmware which you will get with a factory reset may have some other issues.
