Dark display will not come on!! Lights on back of watch illuminate !! And it vibrates!!!

I have a blank display!! My watch vibrates and is connected to my phone!! Have tried hard resets !!! And holding left button till logo comes on but it never does!!! What gives???

Sounds like you should contact customer service. There is one thing you can try; Since you cannot see the screen, there is another way to force the device to perform a factory reset:

  • Press and hold down the side button for about 10 seconds until  you feel a short vibration.
  • When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again
  • .Wait until the watch vibrates, (then the Fitbit logo appears )and disappears.
  • When it disappears, lift your finger off the button again for a moment and press it down once more until you feel one final vibration, then release–this indicates your Fitbit is performing a factory reset.

I Tried resets several times and it finally worked for about three days!!! Then the display turned to solid white!! Tried the resets and hard resets !! Finally changed the watch face and now it’s fine so far!!
