After my Fitbit Versa 2 broke after 2 years with no problems, I decided to upgrade to the sense 2 which doesn’t seem to live up to expectations. Disappointed as it doesn’t have music controls as I used to use this all the time in the gym and also the battery isn’t even lasting a day when Versa 2 could easily last up to 5 days! As well as other features doesn’t seem straight forward or as good as they used to be.

Hi @Beth1993 - if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
You might find another Versa 2 a better fit though you will no longer be able to load music as Fitbit is removing music, so may be you need another brand, and if you value battery life Garmin may be interesting.

I think there are several disappointed Fitbit customers researching Garmin and Apple Watch to replace their Fitbit.
I have been an avid Fitbit supporter for several years, since the original Charge HR. I was over the moon when you came out with the blaze. It was the best. And I was beyond excited when you released the waterproof Sense. However neither the Sense or the Sense 2 have lived up to expectations. So, you are right. When a company gets too big to care about functionality, it is time to move on to a company that does.
