Can anyone please clarify what the difference between the different options is, when reflecting "how you feel" on the Body Responses "check in"? eg. Difference between "Calm" and "Content" . Also, sometimes, "worried" is accompanied by "stressed" for example. Which one do you choose?
My question mainly, how big an impact are these ambiguous classifications on your score

I don't think they impact anything. They are just for you to use as a log.

Welcome to the forums, @Lostinaruba. @Triletics Thanks for your great help!
@Lostinaruba Thanks for your question. I understand your concern and as our friend mentioned, the option to log moods allows you to have a diary of how you felt after a mindfulness session or throughout the day. However, your selection won't impact the stress management score which is generated based only on your heart rate, activity and sleep data.
