Hello. My sense 2 automatically turns on do not disturb at 10pm and then turns it off at 6am. I don’t have a sleep schedule set or any other settings that would cause it to do this. And I’m a night owl so it’s not helpful! Any idea how I disable this?

It sure sounds like you have Sleep Mode scheduled for that time. One of the things Sleep Mode does is turn on Do Not Disturb. Is the Screen Display with wrist turn also disabled so you have to press the button to see time? That's another thing Sleep Mode does. On Sense 2, Go to Settings, Quiet Modes, Sleep Mode and make sure it is Off.

Thanks Johnny. Sleep mode is not turned on. No sleep schedule is set either. No alarm set. Nothing. That is what is perplexing. I’ve had the watch for 2 years but it’s only started doing this the last 6 months. No settings that would make it do this are enabled as far as I can tell and yet it does… sigh.

Not recently but I have seen cases where alarms were set with Alexa and did not show in Fitbit settings. Might be worth looking into that if you have Alexa set up.
