The Sense 2 according to the product image does not show steps on clock face screen is that true?

I am almost certain there are options to show steps on clock face, probably several clock faces available; also many clock faces allow you to tap the stats area to change the stat displayed.  Though I hadn't noticed the picture not displaying steps - a bit strange but perhaps wanting to demonstrate it could also show other stats.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Definitely steps are listed under the specification so the watch is measuring them. Even Versa 4 doesn't show any clockface with steps but I agree with @JohnnyRow that it is likely just a choice to highlight other metrics based on the shift towards a full health watch.

Now what is still unclear if the new Fitbit OS will support developing of clock faces or apps, a questions asked in the Development forum about it has been so far unanswered.
