Got my new sense 2 today and it's ok but the ecg app isn't working
The ECG app on the watch just shows "Can't find phone. Open your Fitbit app and go to the Discover tab. Find Assessments & Reports". I tried factory resetting the watch, re-installing the Fitbit app on my phone, shutting down and restarting the watch. However, the ECG app is still not working.
I've reviewed all the permissions (location, Bluetooth, data, etc.), and access to all these permissions is granted to the Fitbit app. I'm receiving all other notifications (calls, texts, etc.) on my watch which seems to me that it is not a permissions issue.
Edit - im unable to uninstall the ecg too

customer service no help but i found an old post about using a vpn. I didn't do that and just turned my wifi off and used my mobile connection instead and was able to reinstall the ecg app and its now working.

Same here. 'Doscover' tab. Where is it?!

The "discover" tab is on the old 3.88 version of the app, which I'm using cos the latest app is garbage. I'm assuming it's the "you" tab on the latest app. Just turning off wifi enabled me to uninstall and then reinstall the ecg app and then turn wifi back on and it's been ok since.
