ECG and EDA on sence 2 not responding at all. Hardware issue?

Tried to use both the ECG and EDA on the sence 2 and absolutely no readings at all. Tried everything the community has to fix on this and still the tracker will not detect my fingers or my palm. Looking like a hardware issue. I just want to confirm if anyone else has the same issue like i have.
