The app has shown me 3 times I am in AFib with a Notification, HOWEVER ….the ECG only works once in a while. I tried restarting everything, my husband wears a google watch with the same app and figures he does the same thing.
Does the app only record AFib while you sleep ?
I got a notice that it could not record but it gave not reason why.
I chose this watch so I may be informed if I go into AFib. My Dr. has not been able to catch in his ekg since it must only happen once in a while.
So far I believe the app has lots of room for improvement.

Welcome to the forums, @Fbusersw.
Thanks for the detailed information. I understand how important this is for you and appreciate your efforts while working on this matter. Before anything else, I'd like to explain that you'll get AFib notifications when you're inactive for more than 10 minutes during the day (it excludes sleep time). However, the ECG app is a feature that allows you to manually start a reading from the watch regardless of the hour.
That being said, may I know what error message is displayed when using the ECG app? Are the permissions enabled for this app? Also, did you follow the troubleshooting described here? These details will help me to investigate on my end.
