Hi @MEVAAN, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Thank you for letting us know that you want the ECG feature available in Finland. I understand your point. Irregular rhythm notifications and the ECG app will be available to additional countries and devices in the future, pending regulatory clearance.
At this moment, the ECG app and irregular heart rhythm notifications feature are only available in select countries and with select Fitbit products. In addition it is not intended for use by people under 22 years old. The irregular rhythm notifications feature is not intended for use by people with known atrial fibrillation. See here for additional details.

@MEVAAN I'm not sure the Apple Watch ECG will give you the information you want. Both Fitbit and Apple Watch ECG are looking for signs of atrial fibrillation. Neither one can analyze a reading where there are a lot of "non-dangerous side beats." This gets read as Inconclusive. You mentioned being active. A resting heart rate of less than 50 bpm is also read as Inconclusive.
You also mentioned Fitbit ads. Did you see it in a Fitbit/Google ad or a third party ad? I'm not a Fitbit employee. but Fitbit/Google is very serious about ad accuracy. Always look for the fine print after an asterisk.
The ECG app is a medically regulated feature. It needed approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to be released in the US. It needs approval from the equivalent regulatory body in Finland for release there. I might be wrong, but this looks like a 'Finland' issue, not a 'Fitbit/Google' issue.
