When i try to connect to ECG it says Cant find Phone,open your FitBit app and go to discover find assessments & reports
First of all there is no discover tab in the app ,second i cant find assessments & report,i checked internet for help and youtube videos too but its not thr,PLease help this is my new watch and bought this for this feature primarly

Good day!
Assessments is under the "You"section at the bottom right of the app. You'll free a heading called Health assessments. From there, swipe through until you find ECG.

I’m having the same issue. I see the section for the ecg but it keeps telling me I haven’t completed the heart assessment. I can’t find anywhere to take the heart assessment.
I was a Fitbit user until 2018 and then switched to the Apple Watch. I switched back to Fitbit today and am thinking of returning the device because of issues in getting everything working and linked up again.
