Good day!

Assessments is under the "You"section at the bottom right of the app. You'll free a heading called Health assessments. From there, swipe through until you find ECG.

Hopefully that helps you.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this situation with your Sense 2.

Please, try to follow the steps listed here:

  1. Open your Fitbit app on your phone.
  2. From your Home Screen, tap the "YOU" tab.
  3. Select "Personal profile."
  4. Select "Location" and change it or ensure that it is set to your location. Additionally, make sure your phone is set to the correct location.

I’m having the same issue. I see the section for the ecg but it keeps telling me I haven’t completed the heart assessment. I can’t find anywhere to take the heart assessment.

I was a Fitbit user until 2018 and then switched to the Apple Watch. I switched back to Fitbit today and am thinking of returning the device because of issues in getting everything working and linked up again.
