Hi, any chance getting this feature in Slovakia, you left suspicious hole in EU countries... literally every country around us, is having it enabled... at least is there way to trick the app to think Im in czech ? Vpn, or some locatio setting ?

@VladoPortos The ECG app is a medically regulated feature and needed US Food and Drug Administration approval for release here. The list of EU countries tells me that individual countries must approve it. It is your country's decision, not Fitbit's. Other users suggested using a VPN. I don't have personal experience. Simply changing your location doesn't work. I think Fitbit knows where you are by your IP address.

@LZeeW that is not correct. Fitbit ECG got CE certification two years ago. CE is applicable to the EEA area + Switzerland and Turkey, but there is an exception for medical appliances and features. The manufacturer has to support the official language. in the country they want to release their hardware or feature

Well after few days of use, im going to return it. The app is constantly asking for policy read, ECG app is not working and no idea if or ever will, SpO2 app is also not working.. clicking on it in fitbit app give me full white screen and nothing happens and its not present in apps on watch... interesting feature for me like detail sleep analysis is behind paywall...
I realy love the smooth unobtrusive design and battery life, but thats not enough for me to justify 300eur watch where half of the features does not work 😞

@VladoPortos understable. It is no point in keeping a device you cannot access the advanced features. I had Sense before, and to be honest ECG is more a "good to have". I use it twice a year, it is not likely your heart rhytm changes from one day to the next. Sense 2's major selling polint is the new cEDA, feature, but you can't access that either. I find it strange Fitbit sell devices they don't intend to equip with the advanced features. Outf Europes 46 conts only 16 have Fitbits advanced apps. Would be interesting to know why. ...
