Sense 2 ECG is not working in India and not in iPhone it’s just showing that the ecg is unavailable but if try from the another account it’s showing that ecg is available but not working in iphone spo2 is also not working.

Actually, it is available in India per the Fitbit website .  Have you tried updating the app on the watch?  How about updating the Fitbit app on your phone?

You can also have a look here to verify that the ECG app is installed.

If that doesn't work, you can restart your device to see if that helps.
