Hello all. I can follow the process for downloading ECG results ok up to the point of pressing the “Export a PDF” button for a particular result. But I am not then receiving any push notification that the exported record is ready.
Any advice or suggestions gratefully received

I'm sorry to hear you are not receiving any push notification that the exported ECG record is ready.
Thanks for sharing this situation with us. I'd like to share with you that this has been escalated to our team for further investigation. I'm sorry if this caused any type of inconvenience, and rest assured that they'll work on it to get it fixed soon.
In the meantime, keep syncing your Sense 2 to the Fitbit app, so the rest of your information can stay updated.
