EDA scan not working with Sense 2

I cannot get the EDA scan to work on my Sense 2.  No screen protector on. I try several ways of covering the screen. It just tells me something went wrong and make sure I'm covering the screen with my palm touching the metal frame. Blood pressure and frustration level increases drastically trying to do an EDA scan.

One more reason to add to my list of why Fitbit dropped the ball with the Sense 2.  So sorry I bought it. And it seems like Fitbit doesn't care. With all the complaints about it in the forum you'd think they'd do something about the extremely poor conception of this "upgrade" to the Sense family.

The key part is not actually the covering of the screen, but being sure your palm is making contact with the metal of the frame.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I know how to use the EDA scan. My palm IS in contact with the metal frame.
