EDA scan not working

Whenever I try to do the EDA scan, it starts then stops, first it says something went wrong and to recover the frame, then it says to try again later and that it is unable to detect eda response. My hand is touching/covering the metal frame, and this happens every time I try to use it. Help?

Hi @PackOfPrunes111 - try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, and sync before starting a scan. The new V4 Fitbit App has issues, syncing is one of them, and this may temporarily help.
