I’ve been trying to do the quick EDA scan and nothing will happen. There will be the tutorial and then another screen saying what to do. When I put my hand over the watch face nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restated the watch, I don’t know what else to do

What do you mean by "nothing happens"? When the app tells you to put your hand over the screen you need to hold it for 2 minutes until you feel the vibration indicating the end of the measurement. If you lift your palm too soon you will see a countdown screen with the question of whether you want to finish it now. What do you see if you lift your palm from the screen? Also, do you use anything like a screen protector?

I finally figured out the screen protector stops EDA.

If you have a screen protector on it stops the EDA scan and the EKG from working, you need to remove it - you physically need to touch the frame.

I am experiencing the same issues with my Sense 2. I have had it for about a week now. I don't have a screen protector or anything on the watch. I can barely ever get the EDA scan app to function no matter which way I try to hold it. I have even taken it off my wrist to try and get a better grip with my palm. I am wondering if my watch or sensors are just defective.
