Extremely poor speaker quality

Sense 2 speaker especially with Alexa is such poor quality. Reminds of the cheap toy speakers you get from China. I can’t actually hear Alexa responding to me, the sound is so quiet. I have to just read the response, which is infuriating. 

Fitbit and Google lack of communication in terms of future updates is frightening. Speaker on my Versa 3 were great, why is Sense 2 so so poor?

Hi @Ryan0788 - were you able to adjust the volume? Everything on the Sense 2 has been reduced to save battery and size. The speaker may be even smaller than the Sense.

Yes I’ve always had it on max and can barely hear it. Really poor quality.

@Ryan0788 - just to be sure, does it retain the volume setting between uses? It may reset to default each time.

I have the same issue with the speaker.  Alexa responses sound like.they are under water.

If I put it on max volume it starts to crackle. Turn it down to avoid and I can't really hear it well! Disappointed ☹️
