Faulty product - third time - metal falls off

I’m writing in total frustration about my third Sense2 watch. ZERO customer support on fixing what is clearly a very common design fault. The two metal plates on the back randomly fall off. First time I was sent a replacement watch under warrantee. Second time I had to upgrade at my own expense. This time (3rd watch, same problem) customer support is only offering a small discount on the purchase of a new watch. This is totally unacceptable. The forums are plastered with complaints about this on-going defect, but the problem hasn’t ever been fixed. I’m ready to give up and choose another brand that values its customers.
