I returned my Sense 2. Posted Monday morning and today (dispite the postal strikes) I received notification that fitbit had received my Sense and a refund had been authorised. 2 hours later it appeared back in my account!
While I was unhappy with the Sense 2, I would not have any problem ordering from fitbit again in the future (if they make a smart watch with 3rd party support)
Credit where credit is due, thanks for letting me try the Sense 2 fitbit. Thanks for the return policy and thanks for the fast refund.

After around one week with Venu 2 plus I'm pretty happy with this watch. Size is perfect for me, comfortable to wear and not too bulky. Measurements seem to be pretty fine and realistic. During sports, HR measurements seem to cover more fast raising HR compared to Fitbit Charge 5.
Bad luck for fitbit, but as of today the Sense2 is too unsmart. What I definetly miss is having both food and fitness measurements in one app. On garmin I have to use myfitnesspal which I do not like too much. The frontend etc. is fine, but the dataprotection (better data usage..) is bad.

Returned my Sense 2 (upgrade from Charge 4 with battery issues) after 2 days. Could not make it stop asking for "double click to pay," could not set up long press to Treadmill, couldn't change apps with double click, kept telling me the battery was almost dead when fully charged.
I don't need the stress, the Charge still works, if not for as long as I'd like. After all these years with Fitbit perhaps it's time to looks elsewhere for a replacement in the next few months. What a waste.

Oh that's so disappointing. Have you looked at the Pixel Watch? It might be a good option for you. My son has it and he loves it.

@JackDrake The interesting bit is that Myfitnesspal is not the only solution and actually not even the best by all means. Try Lose It, Lifesum, Mynetdiary, all of them support Garmin (and Fitbit) as source. I particularly like Lose It that is way better than MFP and Fitbit itself.
