Finally put my Fitbit back on after a year and readiness tile won't download?

Hi everyone-

I can see my readiness score in the Fitbit app. But I cannot download the tile to read it from my device. The "download" button just resets  everytime I tap it. Maybe I'm missing something obvious but I've tried restarting both device and phone. And reinstalling the app. I hope you guys have some ideas.

Hi @Lyzardbreath.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?   I use an iPhone, normally don't have it as one of my tiles, but was able to add it and remove it.  Sometimes these are app issues.  Another possibility is that you need a firmware update for Your Sense 2.  It usually takes 24-48 hours to get an update if you haven't used it in a while, just like a new device.

I have an android! A galaxy z fold 6. I tried again this morning and still
nothing. So frustrating.
