Recently downloaded the find my phone app by Fitbit on my Sense 2 watch. It shows up on my android phone fitbit app under "apps" but does not show up on the watch itself. When I installed the app, the watch gave me the "check mark" that it was installed. I've looked everywhere for it. Where is it on my fitbit sense 2 watch?

Well just in case someone actually needs this...... First off, this is nowhere to be found in the instruction manual. I finally figured out by accident how to find the "find my phone" app which I had to download because it does not come pre-installed from Fitbit. When your watch is on the clock face and lit up, push the side button once, all the apps come up in a list and you can select "find my phone" from there. I still don't believe there is a way to add a tile to your watch. Although it really doesn't work very well because you have to be about 30 feet from your phone because it is bluetooth not wifi. I also learned that when your watch is on the clock face and lit up, if you push the button twice (fairly fast) there is a screen with 4 shortcuts to Alexa, Settings, Notifications and Fitbit Pay. Hope this helps someone as it drove me crazy trying to figure it out!

It should be in the apps section Press the button and swipe upwards on the appscreen.

I've looked everywhere on the watch. It is simply not there.

Try to restart the watch. If that does not help uninstall / install.

I did both restart and uninstalled it then re-installed. Still doesn't show up on watch.

How many apps do you have on your watch....

Just the ones that came on it. This is the only app I added because it did not come installed on it.

Hm, you deleted one app, did you install it again without problems?
Are you on Android or ios? Which version?

thank you so much for sharing. I had the apps one time in flip through tiles then they were all gone except for "hard wired" ones. premium doesn't fix app acces app fitbit shop still lists all the fancy features as if they are working on newest sense2 and versa 5.

I'm very confused. I have the Find My Phone installed hyt I can't find how to use it on my phone. I have pressed the button on the watch and Find My App isn't listed.
I also am not getting any sleep readings. I have tightened it, I have loosened it, I have done everything Google has suggested but it will not read my sleep.
I am very frustrated and wish I could get it to work. Please help

It also says my watch doesn't support Alexa calling. Is this the case?
