Hi there, I've had my Sense 2 since July of last year, and I'm past the warranty period. There have been performance issues with my watch since the latest firmware update; crashes and automatically reboots to the Fitbit logo from time to time whether it's on standby or using the exercise features (in the photo), and the stopwatch feature keeps freezing during my Zumba workout - I need to constantly tap the top part of my watch near the upper part of the band to prevent the stopwatch from stalling. Performing a reset of the watch (I've tried both a soft reset for a factory reset) doesn't help. Is there a way to come up with a new firmware update to correct these flaws for the Sense 2?
The attached picture shows me wearing my watch and it automatically reboots to the Fitbit logo, I didn't even press and hold the left button!

Sorry, but you will have to wait until Fitbit/Google officially rolls out an update to you. They usually don't announce when the next update is coming or what's involved, so you will have to keep an eye on this space.
Side note, your watch shouldn't be acting like that. Have you reached out to your retailer to see if they will honor an exchange?
