This is the second time I’m posting this question. I’ve waited six days and have not rec’d a response. I’m not interested in the “high volume of questions, please be patient” excuse. FitBit can go ahead and hire more employees (I have no doubt that the current employees are working very hard). The app is a service WE PAY FOR. Answering questions when the service WE PAY FOR ISN’T WORKING IS NOT A FAVOR. IT IT A RESPONSIBILITY.
Hello. I have searched for an answer to this many times. I have not found one.
Usually, I woke up with some calories allotted for the day on both the “first page” of the app (when you first open the app) and when I clicked on the food tile. Once in a while, I would wake up and have calories allotted on the “first” page but zero calories once I opened the food tile…so anything I had for breakfast and often lunch showed as “Over Target,” even if my breakfast was 200 calories. It also didn’t seem to reflect any exercise I did. This happened once in a while, but it usually started showing allotted calories on both the “first” page and when I opened the food tile after a few days. With the update to the interface, though, I am no longer seeing any allotted calories (the “first” page no longer shows allotted calories). So today, it’s showing me 200 calories over even though I’ve eaten 1200 calories and burned 2,099. This has been a glitch for a few years now, and I’m tired of it. People don’t pay for this service to try to find workarounds that no longer work once the interface is changed. Please don’t blow off this question. I am asking for help.
I have tried logging out and back in. I have tried restarting my phone. I have updated the app.
Thank you.

Hello @Abrzozowski and welcome to the Community. Fitbit seems to have removed this feature from the Food Tile on the main dashboard. I use it, too, and it is essential for the calories remaining in a Food Plan. Your calories remaining will go up when you are more active. I've seen mine go down if I sat too long. Please vote for and leave a comment on this request in the Product Feedback forum.

Thanks, Lee, but I don’t think it’s the same issue. I’m not getting ANY calories until around noon or 1:00 PM. ANYTHING I log for breakfast or lunch puts me out of zone. I workout for an hour, sometimes longer, at 7:00 AM. It’s not accounting for those calories at all.
