Fitbit App Not allowing me to open Settings for any Clocks or Apps...

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app thinking that would help but nope...clocks and apps have setting and preferences options but it takes me to a blank page...

 

Plus, the app and dashboard also tells me I've burned more calories on days with less activity than days with more activity.

 

Example: if I've had 7000 steps in one day it will say I've burned 1500 cals vs a day where I've walked 2500 steps but have burned 3000 cals. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I'm starting to regret the $320 (CAD) I have spent in this thing....

Hi @SirenSerene5112 - the white screen is one of the bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App. No fix at present.

Fitbit don't officially allow installing the more stable V3 Fitbit App which works fine.
