My Fitbit app freezes each time I access an exercise. I have followed the steps in the Community Forum related to this issue i.e. logging out, offloading the app, etc. it hasn’t worked. Please can you help. Thanks

I followed your instructions and it worked just once before freezing again when I accessed a Run exercise that had a map. I am running it on a 6 month old iPhone 15. There’s 196 Gb of free storage on the iPhone so that it’s not that.

There’s something seriously wrong with the app. Please can you help me?

Hi @TorstenM - there are versions of the app that sometimes might not be reliable.

Try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window (in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it) then restart the phone.

If you uninstalled the Fitbit App a certain amount of reconfiguration is required.
