Fitbit Died

Fitbit Sense Died. I reached out last week (Juan Camilo) and was told to check my email for updates. I haven't received any emails and my Fitbit is still dead. Anyone else having these issues?

Same. My Sense 2 is 18 months old. Won't charge. I have cleaned contacts, tried different outlets, bought a new cord and reset. Nothing. Tried help chat three times... wait to connect, chimes like it is ready but no chat window. What a waste of time. Thought about getting a new one on Prime days but far too expensive when they just don't last.  Have had a few Fitbits but this is likely the last.

I think that I’m going to get a WHOOP. Cause Fitbit isn’t trying to help me at all and I’ve been with them for over 6 years.

I hear that. Over 8 years for me.  Support is impossible to navigate.

Same.  Died 2 days ago.  Tried to hold it for 20 seconds, it comes on, then it dies after 5 mins.

I'm rethinking purchasing a new fitbit.  This would be my 3rd one going bad and each one after having them for less than 2 years.  Thanks for the advice!!
