I've just acquired the Sense 2 (used to have the Versa 3) and, although I like Fitbits, I am disappointed that the Sense 2 does not have Agenda/Calendar, News apps, and is restricted to Alexa for voice controls (I find Google Assistant better and more responsive). I would have expected the Sense 2 to have improved on availability of Apps yet it seems to have taken a big step backwards which is quite disappointing. I can't even get Alexa to respond to anything I ask it. I do think Fitbit needs to make such basic Apps available on the Sense 2.

Hi @AnthJayne - a lot of other users have reported the same as you but if you are in the window did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

A Sense may still be available in the shops or even online.

Thanks for the reply Guy. I specifically went for the Sense due to the additional health metrics. I'm generally happy with the Sense 2, especially battery life, just find it very frustrating that App availability (including 3rd Party apps) have become so restricted. I expected advancements to be made with newer Fitbit models.

Yes, you're right, I should have bought the original Sense. Completely failed to look up what the Sense 2 had (or didn't as I've found out!) compared to the 1st release. It's now a case of weighing up whether the lack of Apps is sufficient for me to exchange. Thank you for your help.

Absolutely! What threw me on this occasion is the fact my sister has the Sense, however I never checked which version she had. As she can do more on hers, I can now assume she has the original Sense.

@AnthJayne - I like my original Sense, as you can get a great choice of clock faces and great apps, and you can even write your own, as well as having Google Assistant and better tiles and navigation on the watch.
