Fitbit Sense 2 battery issues

Over the past month my Fitbit Sense 2 battery has been giving me lots of issues. Usually I could have charged my fitbit once every 5 days but suddenly the battery wasn't lasting a day. It is draining rapidly with no warning/ explanation - it could be on 70% and then 5 minutes later it has turned off as the battery is "drained". Sometimes the sudden drain happens a few minutes after charging, sometimes a few hours. Has anyone else been having this issue recently? I have been with Fitbit over 10 years but considering if it is worth buying a replacement if this is an issue.
