Fitbit Sense 2 face has been popping off and not touch screen doesn't work. The screen has been popping off for awhile but I solved that by buying one of those plastic protective covers. I haven't had any issues with it until now when the touch screen completely stopped working. 

Honestly I have loved having Fitbit but I always starting having issues. I never wear it in the pool or even when showering. Just normal use. I realized that the battery has been draining almost daily the last few days and today went to go into the settings on the Fitbit to check the display settings and that is when I noticed the touch screen didn't work. 

These watches are not cheap and its getting pretty frustrating that they just fall apart or just stop working (always after the warranty is over). I have always suggested Fitbit to people but honestly they are not durable even if you do everything in your power to "extend" the life of the device. 

Has anyone been able to repair the touch screen? I really can't afford to buy an new one right now.

I already did the following:

  • Restart your Sense 2: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
  • Change the clock face
  • Sync your Sense 2 with the Fitbit app.
