Had to turn sense 2 off as the lock screen numbers kept coming up and i couldn't get them off screen. This happened several times. Had difficulty turning watch back on. Then it wouldn't sync with my Samsung Galaxy S23, and it wanted to start up as though it was new. Asking what language ect. I tried to pair them again but the phone cant find it to pair too. The watch wont go past asking what language to set up. I have had it on charger while doing this. I now do not have it connected to fitbit app at all.

I also forgot to mention i cannot get through to any of the help lines for any assistance. This watch was new in January 2023.

I’m having the same issue with it not syncing. I’m having to do a reset every time I want to sync 🙄 which isn’t useful at all. I’m apple not android but same issue
