Hi all. My Fitbit step count seemed suspicious to me so I tested it by walking 250 steps, waiting 10 seconds, and then checking my step count. It only tracked about 60 to 70% of my steps. I checked the internet for help and mostly just saw people whose Fitbits were tracking too many steps. I did see someone recommend restarting the device so I tried that and tested again a few hours later. It still only tracked 60 to 70% of my steps. I wear it on my non-dominant hand with the appropriate settings. About a week ago my Fitbit was having a lot of trouble syncing and this was resolved but I'm not sure if it's related.

I am having the same issue. I walked around a grocery store for 45 minutes and it didn't count a single step. Give us a legit way to fix this issue or provide a chat line where a tech person can walk us through fixing it. I've only had this thing about 10 days and I'm ready to return it because it is so user-unfriendly.
