Recently bought a fitbit sense 2 in the month of Feb 2025, the device was working good until suddenly after an update stopped working. The device is unresponsive until I put it on charge, hold the button and unplug and reattach the charger thrice in 10 seconds, post which it starts off, shows the logo blinks and then shows and X mark and then shows the logo again and goes blank. After this point the device is unresponsive to any inputs, no response to 10 seconds button hold without power connected, no response to 10 seconds hold with power, the only way to get any response from the device is if I did the button hold with power plugged and unplugged 3 times. Tried all the help procedures suggested by deleting the device, turning off Bluetooth and trying to reconfigure, but not able to get the next step cause the device goes off blank and unresponsive. Please help
