I am unable to sunc my fitbit sence 2 to my phone. I Ave tried turning it on in the phones Bluetooth link, but it fails. Please help

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear about this situation. I suggest you try the steps shown in the following link : Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 
The earlier article provides the basic troubleshooting procedure, and also, provides more detailed instructions for fixing sync problems, based on your phone's OS.
