About a week ago my Fitbit stopped worked. It says it has plenty of battery but won't turn on. Thoughts?

I have a Fitbit Sense 2. Sorry - had massive work commitments and just ended up taking off and wearing a regular watch.

So I've had a grueling few weeks and finally just took it off and used a regular watch. When I press and hold i get the icon - the first time I did this the icon came on and off, ended with a big red X on the screen, and went blank again. Ive hooked to the charger but unlike other times, it doesnt go on but there is some vibrating. Is it dead? How do I contact technical support? I'm thinking it is more than 2 years old.

Here's the link to contact Fitbit Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options for Support.
