My Sense 2 purchased 2 days ago is not getting charged

Hi @U752098 - make sure all the plastic was removed from the back of the watch, here is an example where a bit was left behind.

Also the charge cable is quite delicate, make sure the 4 pins are all alike in height and have a springy feel when pushed gently with the back of your nail.

 

Try charging from a PC USB port, this has the advantage of playing a recognition sound of a connected device.

 

For safety connect the watch to the cable before plugging the USB plug in and remove the plug before disconnecting the watch.
